SHIPPING
- All US orders will have 1 week shipping ( For PreOrder items please allow 2-3 weeks for production before shipping )
- International orders will differ per country.
- Check spam/promotions if you did not get an email within 1 week of ordering.

Refunds/Exchanges
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@soundhrtz.store with the reasoning of the return/exchange and your order number.
- We will review the reasoning and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions for the process of returning your product.
- The customer will follow the directions to return the product, and once the product is delivered, we will issue a refund of the original order. We DO NOT do exchanges. We will refund your entire order and you can order again with the correct size :)

- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER.
